Yes, they can. As long as the dimensions are within the standard range for window treatments, we can customize them. Custom packaging has a minimum order quantity of 500 square meters. Typically, our default packaging is an export-standard carton with no branding.

What is the warranty period for motorized curtain motors?

Our standard motor warranty is 5-6 years. For lithium battery motors, the lithium battery is covered for 1 year. Only the battery needs replacement if necessary; the motor remains intact.

Can you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide samples. However, the cost of the samples and shipping will be borne by the customer.

While we don’t directly provide installation, we supply comprehensive installation guides and support materials to ensure your team can install our products smoothly.
